What You’ll Do:
Warranty Claims Processing : Review and validate warranty claims submitted by customers or service workshops.
Verification and Documentation : Verify all supporting documents related to warranty claims.
Coordination with Workshop and Technicians : Coordinate with Service Advisors, Foremen, and Technicians regarding vehicle diagnosis and repair findings.
Coordination with the Principal : Submit warranty claims to the principal/manufacturer.
Monitoring and Reporting : Monitor the progress of ongoing warranty claims. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warranty claim reports.
What We’re Looking For :
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Warranty Staff, Service Administration, Aftersales Administration, or a similar role in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of vehicle and spare parts warranty claim processes and administration in accordance with dealer or manufacturer standards.
Good knowledge of : Vehicle warranty policies and procedures, Vehicle service and repair processes, Automotive components and spare parts
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, and familiar with Warranty Systems or Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
Strong administrative and document management skills.
