What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Warranty Claims Processing : Review and validate warranty claims submitted by customers or service workshops.</li><li>Verification and Documentation : Verify all supporting documents related to warranty claims.</li><li>Coordination with Workshop and Technicians : Coordinate with Service Advisors, Foremen, and Technicians regarding vehicle diagnosis and repair findings.</li><li>Coordination with the Principal : Submit warranty claims to the principal/manufacturer.</li><li>Monitoring and Reporting : Monitor the progress of ongoing warranty claims. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warranty claim reports.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For :<ul><li>Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Warranty Staff, Service Administration, Aftersales Administration, or a similar role in the automotive industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of vehicle and spare parts warranty claim processes and administration in accordance with dealer or manufacturer standards.</li><li>Good knowledge of : Vehicle warranty policies and procedures, Vehicle service and repair processes, Automotive components and spare parts</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, and familiar with Warranty Systems or Dealer Management Systems (DMS).</li><li>Strong administrative and document management skills.</li></ul>
