Key Responsibilities:
Lead, plan, and monitor the end-to-end recruitment activities for all business units.
Oversee workforce planning and ensure timely fulfillment of talent needs (MPP & ad-hoc).
Build partnerships with universities, career centers, and communities to maintain strong talent pipelines.
Plan and supervise employee development programs (training, seminars, knowledge sharing, etc.).
Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR data management across physical records, electronic files, and HRIS.
Develop and execute employer branding strategies.
Create and review compensation & benefits policies (hiring, transfer, promotion letters).
Organize and monitor KPI processes and overall performance management.
Lead and supervise the entire Human Capital team.
Authorities:
Define & negotiate talent requirements with all divisions.
Execute recruitment processes according to manpower plans.
Identify training needs and implement learning programs.
Propose and run employee development initiatives.
Manage full employee data lifecycle from recruitment to termination.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree minimum (Psychology or Management preferred).
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally as HR Generalist, Recruitment, or People Development.
Strong leadership, strategic mindset, and excellent HR operations capability.
Key Deliverables:
On-time candidate pipeline fulfillment.
Successful execution of training & development programs.
Accurate and updated employee data.
Effective employer branding initiatives.
Timely issuance of HR letters (hire/mutation/promotion).
KPI & performance appraisal submissions delivered on schedule.
HR team KPIs achieved.
