HR Management: Oversee end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
Payroll; Collect & validate attendance record & calculate monthly benefit & compensation
Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Employee Relations: General Affairs; Oversee general affairs tasks such as office administration, facility management, and procurement of office supplies.
Compliance; assess & propose appropiate compliance referring to Indonesian labor laws and regulations
