Job Descriptions:
Handle sales administration (order entry, invoices, delivery notes, and filing).
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Monitor order and delivery status.
Prepare sales, stock, and delivery reports.
Handle customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and delivery.
Provide administrative support for sales activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management/Marketing/Communication/Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Admin Sales.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and sales administration systems.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Detail-oriented, communicative, target-driven, and able to work well in a team.
