Job Description:<ul><li>Receive and review Purchase Requests (PR) for unit spare parts.</li><li>Ensure the completeness and accuracy of requests before processing them to the purchasing department.</li><li>Coordinate with related teams (production, warehouse, purchasing) to ensure spare part needs are met on schedule.</li><li>Update and compile production reports regularly.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks related to procurement and supporting documents.</li><li>Monitor production costs and ensure expenses align with the allocated budget</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or Soil Science.</li><li>Open to fresh graduates.</li><li>Background or basic knowledge in engineering is preferred.</li><li>Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.</li></ul>
