Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in related fields

• Have minimal experience as a sales or trainer or supervisor or area sales in retail industries(smartphone industry will be plus point)

• English speaking / writing / reading proficiency is a must. (English Fluent) - Ms. Office (word / power point / excel / outlook) proficiency + proper reporting is a must

• Have strong verbal and written communication skill, professional skepticism, and honest business integrity.

• Monitoring daily store sales and operation activity

• Ensuring Product Expert KPI and SOP implementation

• Create stock and sales data report and improvement analysis

• Giving sales skill and product training to store team Routine weekly + monthly KPI review with Product
