Job Description:

• Lead change management initiatives to support the Distributive Trade transformation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential issues during the transition

• Ensure smooth transformation during the change management

• Analyze the impact of changes on systems and processes, providing insights for continuous improvement

• Support training initiatives to ensure effective adoption of new technologies and processes
