Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Must have 5-7 years construction/fit out experience in GCC

• Driving License is an added advantage

• Candidates must be available in UAE

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify the materials, goods, and services required for construction projects based on the project specifications and budget

• Identify potential suppliers, request quotes, and negotiate prices and terms of purchase

• Review purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and to ensure that they meet quality standards

• Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure that materials and services are delivered on time and meet project requirements

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and payments

• Manage and control inventory levels, and ensure that inventory is used efficiently and cost-effectively

• Keep up-to-date with market trends, new products, and new suppliers

• Resolve any issues or disputes that arise with suppliers or contractors
