Requirements :<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Must have 5-7 years construction/fit out experience in GCC</li><li>Driving License is an added advantage</li><li>Candidates must be available in UAE </li></ul> Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>Identify the materials, goods, and services required for construction projects based on the project specifications and budget</li><li>Identify potential suppliers, request quotes, and negotiate prices and terms of purchase</li><li>Review purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness</li><li>Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and to ensure that they meet quality standards</li><li>Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure that materials and services are delivered on time and meet project requirements</li><li>Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and payments</li><li>Manage and control inventory levels, and ensure that inventory is used efficiently and cost-effectively</li><li>Keep up-to-date with market trends, new products, and new suppliers</li><li>Resolve any issues or disputes that arise with suppliers or contractors</li></ul>
