Knowledge, Skill, and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Food Technology (or similar) with minimum of 1 year experience as a Quality Control in a Food & Beverage Industry

  • Fresh Graduate with great understanding and willingness to learn are welcome to apply

  • Experience in regulated food processing and services with familiarity of Good Manufacturing Practices

  • Experience in gathering, recording, and reporting on operational and quality metrics

  • Basic knowledge in food safety and quality system, food hygiene, and HALAL assurance system

  • Awareness of basic food safety, quality, and compliance standards; with an understanding of continuous improvement programs

  • Knowledge of risk assessment and root cause analysis, with the ability to recommend and implement solutions

  • Basic skills in data processing and analysis via Microsoft Windows and internet applications

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

  • Ability to work independently and within a team; to learn and manage work priorities

  • Willing to work in shift hours and will be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang

  • Certified as a Food Safety / HAS Internal Auditor is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates, inspects, and reports condition of the manufacturing facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with the company, food safety, and HAS regulations

  • Control and monitor product quality from the raw materials to final products, in compliance with GMP, HACCP, and HAS

  • Completes task thoroughly and accurately to ensure compliance with the company, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Identifies, reports, and documents if and when there is a deviation from the company, quality, food safety, and HALAL standards

  • Conduct Food Safety and Quality verification programs in support of the quality objectives

  • Contributes to closing non-conformances resulting from internal and external audits

  • Participates in the maintenance and development of the company regulations and quality programs

  • Provides training and education of quality-based programs (related to GMP, HACCP, and HAS) to related partners

  • Record and monitor all measuring and test instruments to ensure their accuracy

  • Manage and record all of the materials and products samples

  • Assists other departments to address quality issues; Maintains a clean and organized working environment.
