Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that align with company goals, including setting performance metrics and conducting evaluations
Payroll Administration: Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policie
Reward Programs: Design and manage competitive reward programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and benefits, to attract and retain top talent
Data Analysis: Analyze performance, payroll, and reward data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Collaboration: Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration of performance management, payroll, and reward processes
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management or payroll
Experience with PPH21, BPJS TK, and BPJS Kesehatan using SIPP and Edabu systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
Understanding of labor laws, including at a minimum the Omnibus Law
Willingness to work on-site in Kalimantan.
