• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that align with company goals, including setting performance metrics and conducting evaluations

• Payroll Administration: Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policie

• Reward Programs: Design and manage competitive reward programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and benefits, to attract and retain top talent

• Data Analysis: Analyze performance, payroll, and reward data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

• Collaboration: Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration of performance management, payroll, and reward processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management or payroll

• Experience with PPH21, BPJS TK, and BPJS Kesehatan using SIPP and Edabu systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

• Understanding of labor laws, including at a minimum the Omnibus Law

• Willingness to work on-site in Kalimantan.
