What You'll Do

• Organizational Development: Design and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and change management

• Talent Management: Develop and execute talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, and leadership training

• Employee Engagement: Create and manage programs that boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention

• Data Analysis: Analyze employee data and performance metrics to inform strategy and measure the impact of development initiatives

• Collaboration: Work closely with HR and senior leadership to align development programs with organizational goals and ensure effective implementation

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field or a related area

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Organization Development and Talent Management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

• Strong communication skills

• Willingness to work on-site in Kalimantan.
