Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues

  • Help with setting up new workstations, including software installations and updates

  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate when necessary

  • Perform routine maintenance on systems, ensuring hardware and software run smoothly

  • Respond to IT-related queries and assist staff with basic technical issues

  • Work closely with senior IT team members on larger projects


Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, and software installation

  • Familiarity with printer setup, configuration, and troubleshooting

  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., Wi-Fi, LAN, routers)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Any IT certification or experience is an advantage.
