Job Description

• Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

• KPI: Design and implement KPI frameworks to track employee performance also monitor and evaluate employee performance against established KPIs

• WLA: Conduct Workload Analysis to assess employee workload and ensure optimal resource allocation

• Payroll: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Psychology or any major

• 3-5 years of experience in FMCG Sectors (preferably Skincare)

• Have an experience in handling a team is also mandatory

• Willing to be working in Karawaci, Tanggerang with on-site

• workin arrangement from Monday to Friday (09.00-17.00)
