Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

• Have 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on retail, FMCG, or POSM creation

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Have Experience in designing POSM for retail environments, including understanding of shopper behavior

• Strong creative portfolio showcasing POSM and other relevant work

• Knowledge of printing techniques and materials used in POSM production

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to take creative direction

• Strong project management and time management skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendor

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Desc:

• Design and develop a variety of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) such as posters, banners, shelf talkers, wobblers, standees, and product displays that align with the brand's identity and marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand the objectives and ensure designs meet strategic goals

• Ensure that all POSM designs are consistent with brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive message across various touchpoints

• Prepare mock-ups and prototypes for internal reviews and presentations

• Manage and coordinate the printing process with vendors, ensuring high-quality production standards

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, printing techniques, and retail marketing strategies to enhance POSM effectiveness.
