Jobs Description :

• Responsibility over projects P&L, operation and digital transformation

• Lead and direct safe, effective, and profitable operation

• Responsible for preparing quotations/proposals to Clients including ensuring proper and complete tender bid submissions (technical and commercial)

• Ensuring every order received is delivered efficiently with the highest service quality and on time

• Ensuring every car is being utilized maximally to reach optimal productivity

• Evaluate and control all operational costs to ensure cost-efficient business operations

• Ensuring the operational process is being run according to current SOP and Timeline

• Record and maintain correct data regarding everything pertaining to a fleet

• Establish and implement current and long-term plans and objectives

• Oversee the relationship between vendors and suppliers to ensure their deliverables meet as required by the company Supervise and be accountable for the team, including providing guidance and performance evaluation

• Maintain and build good relationships with Clients & potential clients

• Responsible for continuous improvement of processes (SOP), people, vehicle, handling, customer experience, and appropriate use of technologies and tools

• Reports to Management

Requirement :

• Education: Bachelors degree (S1) in a related field

• Work Experience: 3-5 years as a Fleet Manager in the car rental industry

• Skills: Experience in planning, managing, and coordinating fleet programs, with strong communication skills

• Location and Additional Qualifications: Based in Jakarta or willing to relocate to Jakarta

• Fleet management certification and proficiency in English are considered advantages.
