Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same position

• Experience in the technology or software industry, particularly in POS systems or business solutions, is highly preferred

• Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops, especially related to software or technological products

• Ability to design and deliver user training programs for POS systems, ensuring that clients fully understand and can effectively use the product

• Proficiency in CRM and sales management software

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and training to support team development

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new clients on how to use the POS system effectively

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to keep the company competitive.
