Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management

• Experience in assessment or other psychological testing tools is preferred

• Proficient in behavioral observation

• Capable of analytical and critical thinking

• Able to interact with diverse individuals and manage group dynamics effectively

• Upholds professional ethics and maintains confidentiality of information

• Skilled in advanced data processing using Microsoft Excel.
