Job Description:

• Assist the warehouse team in inputting and updating data in and out of goods into the ERP system or internal database.

• Create and verify Delivery Order (DO), Receiving, Invoice, and Road Letter documents.

• Compile and update daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports in an accurate and structured manner.

• Archiving warehouse documents both manually and digitally.

• Assist in stock-taking process (physical stock count) and discrepancy analysis.

• Coordinate with Production and Purchasing departments to ensure smooth material flow.

• Support internal logistics administration activities such as goods request, inter-area delivery, and usage recording.

• Assist in the preparation of inventory data analysis reports for internal audit purposes.

• Actively involved in improving systems and administrative processes in the warehouse.

• Learn first-hand about FIFO, 5S, and logistics efficiency concepts in a Japanese manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Active final semester students or fresh graduates majoring in Management, Accounting, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.

• Have a high interest in the field of Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Administration.

• Understand the basics of warehousing processes (receiving, storing, issuing goods).

• Able to use Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, logic formula) and Word & PowerPoint applications.

• Added value if able to use ERP System (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or internal system).

• Have good data analysis and numerical skills.

• Thorough, dexterous, and used to working with deadlines and daily targets.

• Honest, disciplined, communicative, and responsible personality.

• Willing to join the internship program
