Job Description :
Act as IT Support and IT Assistant in every location
Report to IT Manager
Responsible to troubleshooting, monitoring, control, development, install, upgrade and support All IT system including telecommunication, servers, PCs, notebooks, printers, network devices and other IT Equipment
Do monitoring IT Equipment and IT Infrastructure
Setting up new account and help to changing user new password
Follow up and implement standards, procedures and policies of IT System, Security, Disaster recovery, audit, procurement, maintenance and services
Keep update information and share to team and authenticated users about IT Technologies
Support to manage asset management for hardware, software, and IT devices
Job Requirements :
Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same field
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Telecommunications, Information Technology
Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
Excellent communication
Good spoken and written knowledge of English
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Able to work as a team and individual
Familiar with IT Networking, TCP/IP, VPN, LAN, WAN, Wifi
Familiar with crimping cable, setup network hardware
Familiar with server, OS Windows, OS
