Job Descriptions:

• Plan and estimate logistics operations including distance, delivery time, cargo capacity, transportation cost, fuel usage, and road expenses to ensure efficient delivery planning.

• Coordinate shipment schedules and transportation to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.

• Supervise logistics staff and ensure daily logistics activities run smoothly.

• Ensure warehouse inventory accuracy through regular monitoring and coordination with warehouse teams.

• Oversee packing standards to ensure goods are prepared and shipped properly.

• Manage and validate logistics data including delivery records, transportation costs, and shipment documentation.

• Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams to support operational and customer delivery needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations.

• Strong ability to calculate logistics planning including distance, delivery time, transportation costs, and load capacity.

• Good leadership and supervision skills to manage logistics staff.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting.
