Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within the organization
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in Indonesia
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Tasks & Responsibilities
Facilitate the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions
Manage employee relations, addressing queries and resolving issues effectively
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Coordinate and support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Promote a positive and engaging workplace culture
Provide administrative support and assist with office management tasks as needed
