Qualifications :

• Minimum 5-7 years in garment QC/QA with 3+ years in leadership role

• Strong experience handling UNIQLO orders preferred

• Deep knowledge of fabric construction and workmanship standards

• Strong leadership analytical and communication skills

• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Ability to communicate in English and Japanese is highly preffered

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end line and finishing QC teams

• Implement QC systems aligned with UNIQLO standards

• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Prepare inspection reports and quality performance analysis

• Work closely with production to prevent recurning defects
