Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Export to join our team. This role will focus on managing and expanding our international sales for aqua processing products, including fish, shrimp, and other seafood items. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with buyers, preparing competitive quotations, and ensuring smooth execution of export transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with overseas buyers, agents, and distributors.

• Prepare and negotiate price quotations based on cost calculations, market trends, and buyer requirements.

• Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and product quality compliance.

• Monitor export market trends and identify new business opportunities.

• Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth in the export market.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in export sales, preferably in aqua processing products (fish, shrimp, etc.).

• Strong understanding of export trade regulations and procedures.

• Proficient in English (spoken and written) – additional languages are an advantage.

• Skilled in cost and pricing calculations for international buyers.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
