Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in freight forwarding, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on trade lane development, pricing, and procurement.

• Strong relationships with ocean carriers (particularly Chinese carriers) and logistics partners.

• Proven ability to execute strategies across cross-functional teams including sales, product, and carrier management.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills in a global and multicultural environment.

• Experience with Cargowise as a Freight forwarding operation system.

• Business-level English required

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Indonesia FCL/LCL trade strategies to drive growth, profitability, and customer value across key trade lanes.

• Own ocean product P&L (GP level), optimize trade lane performance, and balance carrier capacity with market demand.

• Build and manage strategic carrier relationships, ensuring competitive procurement aligned with global policy.

• Collaborate with Business Units on pricing, RFQs, customer solutions, and sales growth across focus corridors.

• Lead ocean product execution across Indonesia, including team development, operational compliance, and alignment with the global network.
