Key Responsibilities:
People Management & Business Partnership
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance, development, and organizational changes.
• Support managers in workforce planning and succession planning to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate effective communication between management and employees to promote a positive work environment.
Performance Management
• Design and implement performance management frameworks, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and appraisal processes.
• Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and addressing performance issues.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance individual and team performance.
Organizational Development
• Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement in structure, culture, and processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in HR roles with a focus on performance management, organizational development, or as an HR Business Partner.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
Ability to lead and manage change effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
