Minimum a Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience in HR Operations, with a proven track record in payroll processing/checking.
Experience in [e.g., E-commerce, Tech, Manufacturing, Retail] is preferred but not mandatory.
Payroll Systems: Proficiency in systems.
Advanced skills required (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting) for data validation.
Zero-tolerance approach to data errors, especially regarding financial data.
Ability to interpret data trends and propose logical solutions.
Unwavering integrity in handling sensitive employee and salary information.
Clear verbal and written skills to explain complex matters.

Job description
Conduct rigorous monthly checks on timesheets, attendance records, bonuses, and deductions before payroll processing.
Investigate and resolve payroll errors or employee queries regarding compensation within 48 hours.
Ensure all payroll activities adhere to local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Generate monthly analysis reports for leadership, highlighting trends in attendance, overtime, leave usage, and cost variances.
Lead or support HRIS (Human Resources Information System) upgrades, migrations, or module implementations.
Identify bottlenecks in current operational workflows and lead projects to automate or streamline them (e.g., digitizing leave requests).
Assist in rolling out new HR policies or benefits programs, including communication planning and staff training.
Manage accurate record-keeping for onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
Liaise with external providers (insurance, benefits administrators, payroll bureaus) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Prepare documentation and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits.
