A Bachelor Degree in Engineering (e.g. mining engineering or geological engineering)
Min. 3 years of experience is a mine operations or open-pit mining, with a solid understanding of mining processes, proven experience in foreman roles with in the mining industry, especially in iron are mining or similar operations
Prossesses the ability to evaluate the entire mining process and is capable of preparing operational reports (including, calculating EEWH, PA, Productivity and payload)
Able to interpret and implement mine planning into mining operations and provide positive feedback related to effective mining practices
Holds a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification
Willing to be placed in Aceh Barat Daya (site)
