Responsibilities:

• Handle employee attendance, including absence monitoring and reporting.

• Manage overtime calculation, employee incentives, and payment processing.

• Handle administration related to outsourcing employees and coordinate with vendors.

• Prepare and submit attendance reports and other HR-related reports.

• Administer and update BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan data, including E-dabu and SIPP Online.

• Create and send employment reference letters (paklaring) for resigned employees.

• Update and maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS (Talenta) system.

• Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve insurance-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit or Payroll roles.

• Good knowledge of labor regulations, taxation, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

• Proficient in HRIS (preferably Talenta) and Microsoft Excel.

• Understand BPJS systems including E-dabu and SIPP Online.

• Preferably experienced in PPh21 calculations and Coretax systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, diligent, and independent.

• High level of resilience under pressure and ability to manage tight deadlines.

• Proactive in coordinating with both internal teams and external parties.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
