Responsibilities:
Handle employee attendance, including absence monitoring and reporting.
Manage overtime calculation, employee incentives, and payment processing.
Handle administration related to outsourcing employees and coordinate with vendors.
Prepare and submit attendance reports and other HR-related reports.
Administer and update BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan data, including E-dabu and SIPP Online.
Create and send employment reference letters (paklaring) for resigned employees.
Update and maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS (Talenta) system.
Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve insurance-related issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit or Payroll roles.
Good knowledge of labor regulations, taxation, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
Proficient in HRIS (preferably Talenta) and Microsoft Excel.
Understand BPJS systems including E-dabu and SIPP Online.
Preferably experienced in PPh21 calculations and Coretax systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, diligent, and independent.
High level of resilience under pressure and ability to manage tight deadlines.
Proactive in coordinating with both internal teams and external parties.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
