Job Desc :

• As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmaceutical production activities to ensure strict compliance with CPOB and GMP standards. You will ensure all production documentation, including CAPA and batch records is accurate, complete, and up to date. This role also includes identifying process deviations, conducting Root Cause Analysis, and supporting continuous improvement efforts to maintain high-quality and compliant manufacturing operations. Occasionally, you will also coordinate and supervise process control activities, including direct supervision of operators to ensure smooth and efficient production execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a Apothecary License (Apoteker).

• Willing to work in a 3-shift schedule with a flexible shifting system, including weekday off days

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Production Supervisor in a pharmaceutical manufacturing. (Fresh graduates with strong academic and practical background are welcome to apply)

• Strong documentation and compliance mindset to support consistent and effective GMP implementation across all production activities

• Skilled in generating and maintaining accurate and complete production documentation, including CAPA, deviations, etc

• Solid understanding of CPOB and pharmaceutical production processes

• Proven ability to prepare and implement detailed production plans, while ensuring all operations comply with GMP standards

• Competent in conducting and documenting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address deviations and improve process performance
