Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Merchandiser for well-known fashion brands (e.g., H&M, Uniqlo, Adidas, GAP, TNF, Nike, etc.).
Strong understanding of garment production, sourcing, supply chain management, and vendor coordination
Experience in price negotiation, cost control, and production planning to ensure profitability and efficiency
Ability to analyze sales trends, demand forecasting, and inventory management
Strong knowledge of fabric sourcing, trims, and production techniques
Skilled in quality control and compliance with international standards
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and merchandising tools
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with design, production, and buyers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
