Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Japanese language certification – minimum JLPT N2 (MANDATORY).

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position.

• Strong understanding of logistics services, supply chain, and warehousing operations.

• Proven ability to work under targets and tight deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools or other sales-related software.

• Excellent skills in presenting and preparing professional proposals.

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting Sales Manager in managing sales activities, developing new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the logistics and warehousing sector. Ensures sales targets are achieved and contributes to the company’s business growth.

• Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies for logistics and warehousing services.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Prepare proposals and conduct price negotiations in line with company policies.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

• Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.

• Provide regular sales reports to management.
