Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) with related major

• Minimum 3-4 years experience in General Affair

• Experience in logistics, 3PL, or supply chain industry is preferred

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse facility maintenance, utilities, and overall workplace readiness to support daily operations.

• Manage company assets and coordinate fleet administration, including vehicle documentation and maintenance scheduling.

• Supervise driver, and ensure compliance with HSE and safety standards.

• Coordinate and evaluate external vendors, maintenance and other support services.

• Monitor GA operational budgets, control facility-related expenses, and prepare regular management reports.

• Lead and supervise GA staff to ensure efficient and reliable operational support.
