Qualifications :
Diploma or bachelor degree graduate maoring in Food technology
Male
Min 1 years of experience in the food industry
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of packaging materials, product safety standards and industry regulations
Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
Creative, proactive and eager to contribute innovative ideas
Ability to work effective in a collaborate team environment
Willing to be placed in Muara Baru, North Jakarta
Responsibilities :
Develop and innovate packaging solutions ensuring safetu, quality and sustainability
Collaborate with RnD and production teans to align packaging with product needs
Evaluate and test packaging materials for performance, durability and cost
Monitor trends, regulations and technologies to drive packaging innovation
Enchance packaging design for improved product presentation and appeal
Coordinate with suppliers and manage implementation of new packaging solutions
