Qualification:
Min D3/S1 (Psychology/MSDM/Law)
Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in same position
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Familiar with HRIS system and psychological tools
Jobdesc :
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding)
Handle employee documentation, filing, and HR administration tasks
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in payroll administration to ensure the data accurate
Monitoring daily attendance and employee administration (anual leave, sick leave, etc)
Support general HR functions including employee relations and disciplinary processes
Manage BPJS & WLKP (registration, data changes, termination)
