Qualifications:
Minimum D3/Bachelors degree in Public Health, Environmental
Engineering, or Occupational Health & Safety (K3)
Holds a valid General K3 Expert Certificate (Ahli K3 Umum)
Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE or related field
Strong communication skills, risk assessment, and hazard identification
Assertive, with leadership skills and ability to enforce HSE rules
Problem-solving and organizational skills
Willing to be placed on-site Cianjur
Preferred candidates live in Cianjur
Responsibilities:
Develop and improve HSE standards (SMK3)
Conduct safety induction training for new employees
Provide HSE training & Defensive Driving Training (DDT) for drivers
Conduct test drives for new and existing partner drivers
Regularly inspect PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Promote safety awareness through campaigns
Perform workplace safety audits and analyze HSE data
Conduct scheduled Safety Talks
