Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure timely submission, renewal, and compliance of all mining permits and licenses (exploration, IUP, RKAB, production, environment, land use, etc.).

• Coordinate with government institutions (ESDM, KLHK, local authorities) and ensure smooth communication on licensing matters.

• Monitor regulatory changes in the mining sector and provide management with compliance updates.

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of permits/licenses and ensure audit readiness.

• Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Environment, Operations) to provide data and documentation required for licensing.

• Build and maintain relationships with regulators and external stakeholders to support company operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Mining, Environmental/Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in permitting/licensing within the mining industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/superintendent role.

• Strong understanding of mining regulations (IUP, RKAB, environmental permits, forestry/land use, etc.).

• Proven track record of handling government relations and mining compliance.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
