Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance e-commerce strategies to boost growth across digital platforms
Elevate the aesthetics and functionality of our e-commerce programs for maximum customer engagement
Optimize customer journeys and conversion rates
Manage and report on e-commerce developments and performance monthly
Oversee product launches across e-commerce platforms
Drive sales performance and improve site profitability
Analyze platform data and trends to inform business decisions and strategies
Lead SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising initiatives to increase visibility and acquisition
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce platform operations (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.)
Proficient with e-commerce tools and platform functions, with experience managing online stores independently
Strong product management and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and external partners
Innovative problem-solving abilities with a track record of implementing effective strategies.
