Job Description:
Manage and Monitor General Insurance CORE system activities
Ensure smooth CORE system operation
Perform to run IT Monthly Closing in CORE System
Manage interactions with end-users, inter-division communications and vendors
Prepare various management reporting on CORE system
Ensure Service Level Agreements are met internally or by IT vendor on areas outsourced
Ensure all changes in CORE System is well documented.
Requirement:
Minimum S1 Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Experience in Insurance business (ideal) or financial services industry
Working knowledge of SDLC methodology
Understanding database concept and implementation (SQL Server)
Strong human relations skills to interface with Business managers and staff at all levels within the organization and to deal with external vendors
Ability to define, designs, implement and deliver solutions in CORE System and functional audit reviews
Good command of English (at least passive)
