Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering
Fluent in English both oral and written (is a must)
Able to read technical drawing, Familiar with SAP system.
At least 1 Years of Working Experience as sales engineer for Electronic, HVAC, or equivalent, Freshgraduates welcome to apply
Can read technical drawing and specification.
Strong customer service mindset·
Willing to work in Cikarang
Responsibilities:
Monitors and follow up on project schedule [Create PO, Quotation, DO, Invoice & delivery of product to customer.
Handle customer complaints and maintain good communication with customers.
Conducting customer satisfaction survey, Logistic and spare part.
Plans and executes all necessary actions derived from the reports.
