Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering, or any major related construction and building maintenance

• Deep understanding about design, construction, building maintenance

• Experience min. 3 years in the same position

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Able to operate Ms Office (Ms Excel, Ms Power point, Ms Word)

• Good problem-solving abilities, good communication and interpersonal skills, able to resolve conflict

• Willing to travel for business (Jakarta-Cikarang)

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang (Deltamas) area

• Available to Join ASAP

• With Expectation Salary 7,5-8mio.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and Monitoring project budget

• Preparing construction planning and sites, materials, and tools

• Accomplishing project by defining the scope and resources required

• Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed

• Monitoring performance of sub-contractors

• Handle all interruptions and complaints client

• Estimation, bidding, negotiation and purchase for things related to building maintenance and construction needs.
