Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Have experience in General Affair 1—2 years.
Strong understanding of general affair and purchasing
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Have discipline, neatness in work, responsibility, teamwork.
Can communicate in English well.

Job Description :
Oversee office operations, maintenance and coordinate with vendors for building repairs, utilities, and office supplies.
Handle general administrative tasks such as documentation, proceed invoice, and maintain contracts and service agreements with external vendors.
Responsible for implementing employee official travel schedule plans related to accommodation and transportation facilities.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
Set driver operations schedule.
Establish and implement GA & Purchasing.
Controlling and monitoring company assets.
Prepare related needs (work uniforms, K3 equipment, work equipment and employee lockers).
Monitoring and checking the completeness and updating of company document licenses.
Responsible for the smooth operation of the Warehouse.
Support audits and internal control activities.
