Job Responsibilities:
Provide interpretation between Japanese staff and local teams during meetings, discussions, and on-site activities
Translate documents, emails, technical materials, and internal communications (Japanese ⇆ Indonesian/English)
Support communication across departments such as Production, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Administration
Assist with visitor support, factory tours, and preparation of meeting minutes
Coordinate communication with the parent company in Japan and Japanese customers/partners
Provide general administrative and documentation support for related departments
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum S1)
Possess a valid Japanese language certification (JLPT N2 or above preferred)
Strong Japanese reading, writing, and speaking proficiency
Minimum 3 years of working experience (experience in interpretation and translation is highly preferred)
A humble individual who can work cooperatively with others
Work experience in a manufacturing industry (automotive, electrical, or related fields) is an advantage
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
