Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent

• Oversee and design impactful training and development initiatives to foster employee growth and improve organizational performance

• Drive organizational development and change management processes to align with business objectives

• Ensure seamless payroll administration and accurate compensation and benefits management

• Lead industrial relations efforts to ensure compliance with labor laws and foster a positive employee relations climate

• Manage PPh 21 tax calculations and ensure compliance with all tax regulations for employees

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with company goals and contribute to business growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field

• Extensive experience as an HR leader, with a proven track record in strategic HR management

• In-depth expertise in recruitment, training, organizational development, compensation & benefits, and payroll

• Strong ability to calculate and manage PPh 21 tax and oversee comprehensive HR operations

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skill

• Thorough understanding of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices

• Experience in the mining industry or natural resources sector is a strong advantage.
