Job Description :

• Conduct on-site visits to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions

• Assist customers in optimising feeding practices and improving poultry health and growth

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers on best practices in poultry feeding and farm management

• Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market demands

• Update information to technical vet, QA, and sales related to feed products and customer satisfaction

• Deliver presentations on product benefits and technical specifications

• Maintain accurate records of Feed performance, customer interactions, and technical support provided

• Prepare regular reports on feed performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Veterinarian, Animal Husbandry

• Having maximum 2 years of experience as Technical Support or related role in Feedmill Company (Freshgraduated are Welcome)

• Able to communicate and interact effectively with all stakeholders

• Able to provide technical services to customers

• Strong Communication skill, analytical skill and can assess customer opportunities and competitor behavior

• Having driving licence (SIM C / SIM A)

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territor

• Willing to be placed in Bogor
