• Monitoring new projects development

• Monitoring quality performance, make sure the quality performance follow the standard of company

• Provide guidance or direction to supervisors so they can improve their abilities in their work and assess their subordinates

• Drive the engineering and quality department to reach the KPI targets

• Make annual planning for improvements in terms of process, man hour, material consumption and energy
