• Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field 3+ years of experience of backend and infrastucture engineering

• Proficient with PHP Lavarel/React Js/Next Js Methodology XP, Scrum or Domain

• Driven Design Has experience in managing the development team

• Good communication skill

Responsibilities :

• Lead the team in designing, developing, and implementing innovative and scalable software solutions

• Conduct regular code reviews and implement quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

• Identify potential risk and issues early in the development lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project schedule and deliverables

• Deploying, monitoring, maintaining and fixing products in production Follow industry best practices
