• Responsible for processing payments, invoices, reviewing and maintaining accurate records for financial documentation

• Provides tax information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports

• Supports management by offering insights and tax advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company

• Review tax payment and tax reporting (PPH21, PPH23, PPH25, PPH26, PPN, etc.), Tax Invoice (E-Faktur) and SPT VAT Return.

Main Duties :

• Maintain tax records and receipts for all daily transactions

• Responsible for handling tax issues in Holding and all business lines

• Manage income tax for 21 employees (Salary & THR) in Holding and all business lines

• Prepare and review calculation, estimation, and tax report

• Manage tax compliance, reporting, and tax issues for group

• Set the appropriate system to manage tax risk

• Manage external tax authority, consultant or external parties (ex : overseas principle)

• Responsible for tax audit

• Having coordination with operational, finance & accounting division and staff. - Make sure the data are correct & ensure tax filing is accurate and timely.

Requirement :

• Able to communicate in English both oral and written (fluent & active) is a must

• Must have strong background and experience minimal 5 years in Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager position

• Has Brevet Certificate is our priority

• Having knowledge in stock control, warehouse, inventory management

• Has deep knowledge & skill about Taxation

• Experience in handling Taxation Issues

• Honest, an analytical mind, a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data, and have ability to stick to time constraints

• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong?working relationships

• Computer skill is a must (MS office, MS outlook, Internet, SAP B1, Accurate, et cetera)

• Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated

• Willing to work in west Jakarta - Kalideres.
