Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree in any field Minimum of 1 year of working experience as an supply chain underwear or fashion industry

• Experience in handle vendor relation (coordinating with factories, negotiating prices and handling documents)

• Having a good relationships with factories in indonesia, especially in Jakarta and its surrounding areas

• Strong analytical skills, negotiaion skills and problem solving skills Must have their own vehicle (motorcycle or car) to perform job duties

• Proficiency in english is a must, proficiency in mandarin is a plus

• Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta and travel to another city

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implementation a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the organizations goal and objectives

• Continiously assess and improve the supply chain to meet evolving market demands and industry trends

• Looking for potential factories to be used as production facilities

• Oversee the procurement process, inculding sourcing, supplier selection and contract negotiations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with supplier to ensure timely delivery, quality and cost-effective sourcing

• Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand, reducing carrying cost while ensuring product availability Implement inventory control and forecasting systems to prevent stockouts or overstock situations

• Monitor and control supply chains costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers

• Develop and manage the suply chain budget effectively Identify potential risk within the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions

• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
