WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the accounting and finance field, preferably in the beauty, retail industry, or experience working in the start-up industry

• Prior experience working at Big 4 is a plus point

• Have a deep understanding and experience related to finance, accounting, & tax

• Update with the newest PSAK and taxes regulation

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment / fast-growing company

• Detail-oriented, good team player, and able to work under pressure

• Strong in leadership, high integrity, and a problem solver

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Supervise the preparation of daily, monthly, and annual financial reports, also ensure all reports are timely submitted

• Review the GL reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all transactions recorded in the accounting system

• Supervise the execution of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP)

• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded based on applied accounting standard

• Supervise and give coaching to the team
